Remember the comic strip Spy vs. Spy featured in MAD Magazine? That comic strip was authored by Antonio Prohias. He actually escaped Fidel Castro’s Cuban Regime. He was labeled a spy working with America’s CIA by Castro and had to escape to the U.S.A.
His experience of Castro labeling him a spy is what gave inspiration to the creation of Spy vs. Spy!
