I am Certified and Licensed by the Asheford Institute of Antiques to serve you as a personal property appraiser. 

I offer an enriched palate of services to assist you as you plan your downsize for either a move, estate or garage sale. Many people are understandably overwhelmed at the start of this process.

It is stressful and I am able to ease a bit of this. I now offer:

I offer consultations either through house visits, Zoom meeting or Facebook rooms. Please fill out the form below so I can gain understanding regarding you situation.

FEE STRUCTURE:  

2 Hour Consultation $75 during which I will go over the contents of your home or estate and work with you to asses the overall value of the personal property,  price items and offer advise.

Additional time is priced at $35 per hour
