I am excited to invite you to visit my shop in Denville, NJ to explore the types of treasures I have on display. If you have unique items that you would like me to consider adding to the shops collection please call first (973) 224-4661 to discuss what I am currently accepting. Once we select items I will assign you an account number. All items MUST have your number affixed to each item with blue painters tape prior to delivery or pick-up.
Thank you for entrusting Time’s Tin Cup (TTC) with your items. I have shared my agreement below. Please read it carefully and print and sign it prior to bringing in any items. This agreement must be signed and returned with items.

I understand that Time’s Tin Cup (TTC) will try to sell my items for a period of four (4) months. The items are those that I personally own and am legally entitled to sell and are not in dispute with another party.
Items will be sold at a price to be determined by TTC. TTC will work to get the best price possible for my items. In exchange, TTC will purchase your items at 50% of the sale price. After the first 4 months our split changes to 40/60 with TTC taking the larger portion. After 6 months you can either donate the items to the shop or come in and take them back.
During this period, I understand that TTC may choose to list my items on Etsy, Ebay or other social media platforms. If the item sells on These platforms I understand that my purchase price of that sale is reduced to 40%. I also understand that TTC takes care of all shipping and handling and that fees will be consistently applied.
I understand that items are left in the care of TTC and TTC will do its most to keep them safe and sound, however, I am aware that, in the event of fire, damage or theft, TTC is not responsible for any loss.
After the six (6) month period this agreement comes to an end. I understand that if I want my items returned to me I must be pick them up within two weeks of the agreements end. I will place this date on my calendar to ensure I am in compliance with the agreement end date.
I understand that if my items are not picked up, the ownership is conveyed to TTC. I understand that TTC does not have the space to store them indefinitely and will find them a new “forever home.”

ESTATE CLEAN OUT: If you need to have your home cleared out due to downsizing or a move out of state. Time’s Tin Cup has partnered with an estate clean out company who we trust to assist you with your move and will leave your home broom swept and ready for sale.
