The Boonton Molding Company was established by Dr. George Scribner based on successful experimentations he created for synthetic resins. Dr. Scribner layed down his roots in the village of “Boone-Towne” (named in honor of Colonial Governor Thomas Boone, 1761)

The durable dinnerware created and produced by Dr. Scribner’s Boonton Molding Company had such a popularity that it continues to be manufactured by GMR Technologies in Ohio today.
