Wizard of Oz – If I Were King of the Forest Plate available @ Time’s Tin Cup !
We are all familiar with “The Wizard of Oz” starring Judy Garland; but, did you know that was a remake? The original movie was released as a silent film in 1910. It was based off of a book by L. Frank Baum published in 1900, called “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (PDF of book downloadable here by Time’s Tin Cup !).
The silent film was only 15 minutes long. Dorothy encountered Scarecrow on her farm before the tornado. She travels to Oz with Toto, a donkey and a cow!
