Did you know you can freeze raw eggs? Fresh eggs can be safely frozen for about a year. Best way to do it is with standard ice cube trays. The slots of the standard ice cube trays will hold one full egg. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over egg slot with an egg, cover the tray with plastic wrap and place in the freezer on a flat surface. Once frozen, pop the frozen solid eggs out of the tray and place them in an air tight contain or zip lock bag. Label the container with the date.
