Vinyl Albums available @ Time’s Tin Cup !
On June 18, 1948, Columbia Records introduced the first long playing album (LP).
Entire afternoons could be spent digging through crates at the record store looking for that perfect LP.
Once you bought the record, the “social media” of the era was reading the back of the jacket and the insert while in your room listening to the album dissecting every credit, thank you note, and lyric. It was an extra bonus if the fold out had pictures of the band or live concerts the band performed.
Time’s Tin Cup carries some LPs. But I miss crate digging.
