Crystals are minerals that hold energy, and as we as humans are made up of energy, we can exchange energy with the crystal when we work with it.”

There are different types of crystals that support and promote the aiding of concentration and memory, balance energy, and amplify energy when paired together to enhance their abilities.

There are also crystals that are said to block and protect emotions when paired.
