Did you know Buddy Ebsen (Jed Clampett) of the Beverly Hillbillies was originally cast as the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz? He ended up being allergic to the aluminum make up. Even his replacement, Jack Haley ended up with a severe eye infection from the aluminum make up.

In that song, “If I Only Had Heart”, the female voice that says, “Wherefore art thou, Romeo?” is Disney Legend, Adriana Caselotti, voice actress of Disney’s 1937 film, Snow White.
