Snoopy – Wall Art

The character, Snoopy, was inspired by Charles Schulz’s family Dog, Spike.

Originally, Snoopy’s name was going to be Sniffy; but, there was already a character named Sniffy in another comic strip.

Snoopy’s name was given to the lunar module for the Apollo 10 Mission.

The Mission’s call signs were the names of the characters from the Peanuts: Charlie Brown for the Command and Service Module and Snoopy for the Lunar Module.
