Pencils or a Legacy?

By Lisa Ostella on February 24, 2023February 24, 2023
Limited Venus Art Drawing Pencils @ Time’s Tin Cup !

If you are not of the art world, these may just look like pencils. To an artist, these are a limited supply of a legacy. For over 50 years, Venus Art and Stationery has served the art world as a supplier of much needed and creative artist’s tools. They served architects, publishers, tourists, artists, students, and art schools.

The innovative supplier was Yap Chin Fatt of Kuala Lumper. He sits, broken hearted as he watched modern technology render the supply needs of his tools of trade become obsolete. He has had to close the doors of his business for good.

These Venus Art drawing pencils are of the last of it’s kind. They have been rendered obsolete by modern technology and once were cherished by their creator Yap Chin Fatt and supplied to the loving audience of his art community.
