Hugo Hagen, 1818-1871, was a German Sculptor who contributed to great pieces such as Frederick the Great and created well known pieces such as Grace with Pegasus, Wrangelbrunnen and Fame and Victory at the Powerscourt Estate in Ireland.
Hugo Hagen also is the sculptor of a bust of Ludwig van Beethoven
