How elegant would this piece be on your table to serve up fresh berries; or, my favorite, raspberry chocolate sauce!
Heat fresh raspberries in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes while pressing them with a spoon to crush them.
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1.5 teaspoons of corn flour to the crushed raspberries.
Heat to boiling while stirring constantly. Simmer for 2 minutes while mixing with a whisk. Add 2/3 cups of milk while whisking constantly for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in a teaspon of coconut oil.
Serve in this elegant French Embossed Glass Berry Bowl by Time’s Tin Cup.
